does your country/state have it?

i am in the uk and we dont, the question is always asked are you for the death penalty or against it - my answer is am not sure

incase executed people are later found out to be innocent - thats my only concern

i certainly have nothing against the death penalty for serious crimes - and they have solid evidence or a confession to go by

I think its a good idea in like cases where children have been killled. Like the Soham murders . What an evil act and they dont deserve to live when they have killed innocent children that have there whole lives ahead of them.

the moors murderers is probably 1 of the most shocking child killing crimes in the 60's era! it happened in my town - although i live nowhere near where the crimes took place.

wot about mira hindley (cant spell) she didnt get the death penalty because it had been illegal by then. i think she and the man should have been killed the sick things they did too the children and the amount of children they killed.

bring the it back i think-but only for serious crimes like phedophiles, murders rapists etc.......

That is the problem.
Sometimes it looks like its a 100% sure but, it could be a setup

in the history of the USA some people were given the death penality and
10 years later they came to know (with the help of new tech. that something
was wrong in the complete case)
