This was possibly the best episode of the season. The return of Logan.

That was intense, and interesting to see Logan all scruffy.

I really liked this episode. Lagan at the end was priceless and also we learn why Phillip was really doing what he was doing. Jack also proved to us that he is as loose of a connon as he has ever been with his sacrifice to save Josh

Check out the teaser trailer for S06E11: 4.00pm - 5.00pm. Looks really good, Jack working with Logan to find Gridenko and it looks like the presidential storyline could come to an end!

i know matey

i do wonder

another great part in last nights episode was the classic quote when Jack once again said

''How could i have been so stupid''

if you remember - Christopher Henderson last season, when he tricked Jack into that room, thats exactly what Jack said when he found the bomb!

Hey fellow forum members,

We're around 3 episodes behind over here in Australia so we've just seen 3pm-4pm.

I just wanted to point out why I think the writers had Pappa Bauer say to his grandson at gunpoint "No life if worth what I have built over my lifetime".

The fact that he leaves Jack alive at the end of the episode, notwithstanding that he had him on his knees, is testament to Pappa Bauer's belief that, in the end, Jack's life was worth such a price. Jack, while on his knees, confesses to Pappa Bauer that he (Jack) could never live up to Pappa Bauer's expectations. What I think Pappa Bauer feels, is that Jack is worth it because Jack's a hero (Pappa Bauer would know about Jack's heroics over the years and would be pround, albeit begrudgingly, on Jack's achievements).

Pappa Bauer is resentful that Jack chose to use his enormous talents, skills and energy with "civil service" rather than the Bauer family's enterprises, but he still appreciates and values Jack's life and that's why he doesn't kill him.

Brilliant.
