Have the last 2 episodes seemed lame? (ep. 5 & 6)

I've watched every season of 24, but it seems like this season is a little boring. This week's episode (1/30) and last week's didn't really pack the usual punch.
Last week a friend asked me what happened on 24, and I actually said "nothing really". Anyone else feel like something's a little "off" or "forced" this season?

I just watched 5 and 6 and they did seem more filler episodes. I wasnt really impressed by them to be honest. But they had to tone it down alittle after episode 4.

Yeah exactly 5 and 6 very really irritating i could not tolerate but rest of them in the season are pretty good.Two episode don't really put the show don't guys common

episodes 5&6 were pretty slow but episode 7 is meant to be brilliant, not seen it myself just what other people have said. Roll on sunday.

cant be bang on every week..personally think you need to get the other parts of the story going. Makes it more enjoyable later

Im not overly impressed with the entire season to be honest.

I agree with Schematics, every now and then they need to interupt the action to give us some story direction. But it does pay off later on.
