It's time to understand that you "don't know Jack!"

A little bird that was fresh off the set described the upcoming season of "24" in the following way:

"Season 6 is going to be CRAZY! Death -- Nukes -- Unibomber Jack!"

Is anyone else as excited about this next season as I am? At first I thought that it was just that we haven't had anything "24" other than re-runs on the various networks, but it really is solid anticipation of a show that continues to raise the bar on brilliant-action-every-minute entertainment.

Discuss!

Hi Mike,

I spend a lot of time on the net and watching TV and I can feel the excitement for 24 building up. Either it's a sound marketing strategy ( Trailer followed by a book followed by the DVD with prequel followed by ads on TV followed by the opening ), or the show is really picking up steam. Can't say for sure which one it is, maybe a little bit of both. Either way, January is going to be really exciting. Can't wait. :D

Yeah. The hype and expectations for season 6 has been the biggest yet. I have no doubt that they are going to deliver. 24 hasn't let me down yet, I don't expect it to any time in the near future.
The only thing I'm upset about is season 6 starting in January!

You know what though: I can vividly remember when it was going to be 7 months, and even more memorable is the day they decide to cut 11 weeks of episodes of this last summer's reruns because the viewership sucked. It goes by SO INCREDIBLY FAST.
