Do you do any sport and if so what do you do?

I do fitness and swimming...
(6 years ago I also did a lot of Jiu-Jitsu en Judo)

i play football

started off in back alleys with tennis balls :D

i still play once a week with friends, but on a hired pitch with real goals and nets..no back alleys

My job keeps me fit with plenty of walking and carrying loads about the estate. I do enjoy swimming though as it is not the kind of exercise which leaves me feeling like I am dying after half an hour!
