Well, Lost is going to end in 2010, with only 48 episodes after the final of this season

that sounds unlikey to me.. 48 episodes, when there have been 22 in the past? thats like 16 per season, i doubt it.

Nope, it's going to be shorter and without a break

damn you seattle p.i.! :biggrin:

i think its true though. they might be going that direction due to the feedback of the series currently. maybe it will change later on, or maybe they can resurrect the series more. but they did say they were going to the same format as 24 where they would start at the beginning of the year and show the entire season non-stop

this doesn't sound too good :(

Now that the writer’s strike is over, the Lost producers are stating their plans for Lost Season 4. It seems that they will not have time to complete the remaining eight segments for the show. BUT they will shoot for five and they will tell the completed storyline for the season.

“We’re going to try to make as many as we can and do a good job of finishing out this season,” Carlton Cuse said. “We’ll have to compress some of the storytelling we planned for this season, and that may not be a bad thing. Damon and I feel like we know how we can finish it off and still make it a really, really great story.”

This isn't exactly "latest news" but this is the best place for this to fit in;

did you know the Director of Photography for the TV show House is called Walt Lloyd? haha

He must be a director with special powers!
