Alan Shearer - sounds a good future newcastle manager but i think shearer is gonna stick with being a tv pundit, he will need coaching badges, he is a leader to newcastle united and an ambassador for your club
trust me mate - i know your heart wants shearer to be the manager, but would you rather he never was Newcastle manager incase he flops, so he is remembered for all his goals and his no cups for your club since he signed for you :biggrin::lol:

roy keane has done really well with sunderland from the bottom he has got them to the top. i think shearer might be a newcastle manager one day that would be so intense with him and keane on the touchline :)

the reason why sunderland got keane is because they needed somebody who has.....leadership, passion and a will to learn

tiggz you can attract players but they always leave empty handed, newcastle need somebody who can control there players, you have lost so many good players who had the potential but you never won anything
