hey everybody give an opinion of you're teams season in everything
you're team only discussion

for example now if i give a man utd season review, i am not allowed to start talking about chelsea, liverpool or arsenals season, to avoid going off topic, please give your opinion of THE TEAM YOU LOVE!
we can discuss opinions in a newer thread once we get a good few opinions,

be honest now of your teams season
name your favourite game, in the league, all domestic cups and europe(if applicable)
name your favourite player this season and the favourite goal i personally think was the best
the opinion is counting from day 1 of the season starting up to present time

ok now our season so far

its not been a bad one by any means, we were knocked out of europe at the semi final stage, we didnt derserve to go through

our best player this season has been ronaldo by afar, other players who deserve a mention are Scholes, Vidic and Evra
and i can give this opinion because i been to over 30 united games this season in all competitions, i dont know the exact number but once the seasons over il give a number.

best goal of the season, i liked Scholes volley against Aston Villa

we are still gunning for the league and we must beat ur rivals city tommorow to have the advantage

we are in the final of the fa cup vs chelsea, should be a great cup final and as people who really know what football is about...will know its anybodys game!

the worthless cup, we went out early, not very bothered about that but all in all

we have hada better season then i expected and others expected, at the beginning of the season, we were hoping to win the title, which soon turned to strong belief

To be fair I have been surprised at our Premiership position with the squad we've got. Evra and Vidic have been revelations this year, and Scholes has been superb. At the start of the season I expected us to push Chelsea harder than previous seasons, butto be honest I doubted we would win the league.

The effort of the players cannot be faulted this year - the fact that we were 90 minutes away from another shot at the treble is remarkable, I never thought any team, let alone us would come so close again.

Players of the season: Cristiano Ronaldo / Rio Ferdinand
Goal of the season: John O'Shea at Anfield

Cups: Thrilled we're in the FA Cup final (although I was chubbed :()
Disappointed about the Carling Cup (mainly because Cardiff is a cracking day out)

Europe: To be honest, I'm amazed we got so close to the final given last years abysmal showing. Hopefully this will spur the players on next year to go all the way (coupled with 2 new signings)

...and if we beat city tomorrow, you will probably see me doing victory laps of the North West looking like this ->

our season has been rocked by injuries to main players

van persie and henry mainly, we also missed gallas when he was injured and we have been poor in every cup this season to cut it short.

best goal : Van Persies super volley!
best player : fabregas

We have had a good season and even though we are out of the champions league i am happy with our team and im sure in time with a few key players signed we will be even better

best goal : rooney vs bolton - the counter attack and his passing with the speeding ronaldo makes it my favourite

best player : ronaldo makes england look sh!Te

I think Liverpool have done really well. Still not quite getting it right in the league but 2 champions leagues final's in 3 year is a record any club would be proud of. Rafa is clearly the speical 1 haha.

Best Player Carragher

Best goal Agger goal on tuesday, never was a goal more sweeter

happy at taking the title  we needed to win the league
not happy for losing in the fa cup final
very disappointed not to do better in europe, but we didnt deserve it for our performance in milan

A real pity that Liverpool couldnt challenge for the league, I hope that we can this incoming season and it'd be nice if Arsenal could as well cos the La Liga has been much more exciting as a few teams have been in the running for it! We'll find out soon enough who gets the crown!

Back to the Pool, it woulda been nice if we coulda done better in the Champions League final too. Winning that again would have made the season look much better! Cant have everything though, but with all the money apparently available lets see what happens next season.
