yeah the remaining episodes look to be the best. this one most notably.

the fact that desmond says something about "as long as we keep her safe, she's our way off this island" has doom written all over her and everyone else's hope of getting off the island. i think in one of the other previews, the guys are saying they should not tell jack about this. but eventually it will get to him, and then juliet will know. and if the rest of "the others" find out, that might speed up the process of getting to that girl. plus the fact that patchy knows all about her, and was able to escape, doesn't help them either.

yeah i know you can tell something will happen to mess that up

i think in one of the other previews, the guys are saying they should not tell jack about this. but eventually it will get to him, and then juliet will know.

...and that wont help the situation!!

the brig!! its amazing!!

Anthony Cooper/Tom Sawyer? I thought the deaths 5 weeks ago was nasty, but this was just ... i dont know, quite disturbing, no wonder the show has a 10pm time slot! I'm so glad Sawyer got around to do what he has wanted to do for all those years and it was actually nice to see a different side to his character, he plays the hardman yet when he has to actually get to it, he was sick afterwards!

what's going on with Locke? is Henry (Ben, alalal) taking him for a ride? Do the others need Locke just for his healing powers?

Nice to see the Black Rock again, Danielle and Locke's secret meeting place eh? haha. Now I get why the episode is entitled The Brig, duurr!

Beach story was very interesting aswell, no one trusts Jack! It was good of Kate to put him in his place at the end too, what do you think Jack and Juliet were on about? What do they have to tell them? I'm so glad Sawyer has the recording and is on his way back to the beach!! And what do you think they aren't telling Kate?

Naomi Dorrit(?) seems quite sure they found the plane and are actually all dead! That is huge, really huge, I don't see the writers avoiding that for very long!

i only realized this later on, but it seems really fishy the way ben is doing things. and i know people see this as well. but everything made sense until they showed the others moving camp and ben telling locke that he can come back, but only with his dead father.

alpert giving locke the file on sawyer and suggesting he should do it. you have to assume that ben knows this, or planned with alpert to have locke go back and get sawyer.

to go along with that, ben told locke about the plan of the beach raid. so putting it all together, ben has to assume that locke will warn sawyer. just the fact that they just left locke and his dad behind but offered a possible return was weird.

the juliet situation is even more puzzling. i'm thinking maybe jack knows about the raid because he and juliet have something planned. the preview for next week goes as everyone expects: sawyer plays the recording, and jack and juliet approach them. so her secret is going to be out, but whatever anyone has planned is anyone's guess. maybe rousseau is helping set up more death traps with that dynamite!

next week, another non-spoiler preview is saying that ben will sort of initiate locke and introduce him to these new things he's talking about. and ben will be featured in the flashback. we might get to see who this jacob guy is, the real leader of the others.

i think juliet has made some crap up and told jack, so he trusts her. but it wasnt that shes still working with the others.

i still think ben and the rest sort of have her by the strings, mainly because they know how to contact her sister. and if juliet goes against them, they just might do something. i mean they're not murderers...but something

SHIT! the man behind the curtain is awesome.. apart from ben SHOOTING locke!!!

didn't see that one coming. although it might be locke could still be alive. the thing about jacob still puzzled me though. i thought ben had been crazy, but that little outburst proved supernatural. i didn't get why locke would still be doubting a presence in there, what with him believing in unreal things.

another obvious weirdness was richard alpert. does he have some kind of fountain of youth? because if that was really him talking to ben as a child, then he's much older than him. i thought that was a major flashback used in the episode though. that could have been used extensively in the next season premiere, or like a movie or something.

i'm probably making ben out to be a lot smarter than i think, but i still think he knows, or will eventually figure out himself, that locke had the recorder. even though in last night's episode he just now found out that it was missing. but by the looks of next week's episode, it looks like they're going to go through with the raid on the beach.

wow! awesome episode. this had more of a season 1 "we've gotta get this done" kind of attitude. i'll take off this tag after a while, but despite all the sad stuff with charlie's flashbacks and his list for claire, i had the feeling was still going to make it out of this alive. although when he and desmond were on the boat, and then he handed over that list, i thought well yeah maybe he is going to go down.

but him finding the lobby of the looking glass station looks pretty promising. ordinarily, i don't like seeing new characters pop up out of nowhere, but it's understandable in this case, and will make more great story for that background. especially for the new hot chick that pointed the gun at him . does anyone think that maybe the other woman with the gun was the other girl in ben's flashback? most likely she died from the gas attack, but you never know with this show. i'm guessing that everyone that is in that underwater station is most likely not in favor with the rest of the others, but might have an agenda on their own.

so the season finale is two hours? looks promising.
