These days I am really making long hours.
On the moment its 06.25!!!
And i am still working on the forum lol

But, before it was always between 02.00 and 03.00

I usually fall asleep around 10PM (22:00).

At the weekend at my house about 3:00AM usually, because I have so much to do, but on a weekday about 12:00.

I normally try to get to bed for 10pm as I need to be up very early for work. I normally watch a DVD though before I go to sleep.

Ive been an insomniac since i was 8, i get roughly 2 - 3 hours sleep a day. I go to sleep when i feel tired, but that can be anytime of the day, i don't have a set time :)

I need sleep! I am a nightmare if i've not slept enough. Need at least 8hrs per night. Although since i started on this forum, am getting alot less! (tut).

odd hours. I work fultime so I am usually up by 4:30 am but I go to bed whenever, sometimes 9 (rarely), usually around midnight during the week. Weekends, whenever I fall into bed or the couch.
