Now am just gonna say that the term Legend in football gets over-used at times so easily

Legends are people who make history, loved by the fans and most of all be loyal

Man Utd Legends that i would call hands down legends in my era as a United fan

Robson, Hughes, Keane, Giggs, Cantona, Scholes and 20legend himself

please question any of my choices above if you think you have a case that these men are not Legends

i dare you, infact i double dare ya's! :D

ck in football they are many legends for one team

Colgate-Kid
04-21-2007, 01:31 PM
its no different with rugby league m8, from Bradfords pack you've had some of the all time greats over the years, alot of people think of Bradford as Rugby's version of Man U,

20LEGEND
04-21-2007, 01:46 PM
lol bradford rugby team or even the australian rugby team will never be as BIG as manchester united :)

Legends are Legends, different era's different teams have new legends

i dont even class....rooney or ronaldo as a legend...yet. the people at old trafford in the current team at the moment, who i would say are legends are

Ole! aka 20legend
Giggsy!
Neville! &
Scholesy! who will score today i have a feeling

Colgate-Kid
04-21-2007, 01:49 PM
neva said they were as big as Man Utd... ffs we don't want that cos we don't want hooigans etc... I said we were the equivalent in Rugby League (I don't refer union as rugby lol its Raaraa cos you get all the toffs playing it lol)

20LEGEND
04-21-2007, 01:49 PM
Hooligans Lol

nah when Leeds Utd went under @ first there was a spate of the yobs from Leeds Utd coming to the Rugby Matches, until all the fans inc. the Leeds Rugby fans made it clear they weren't wanted unless they calmed it cos its a family spectator sport where all the fans intermingle & enjoy themselves, non of this steel barriers between fans or riot police separating us. Only reason the cops turn up @ rugby is to watch the match n o stop traffic @ end

20LEGEND
04-21-2007, 01:54 PM
Leeds are just scum anyway

Tiggz
04-24-2007, 12:46 AM
Right thats it I am sorry but I cant read all that and not say something.......

Ok seriously your talking Legends....... Slate me all you want have your say I dont care and I aint even saying this cos I am black and white through and through but seriously Shearer is without doubt a footballing legend.

I would go on and say people like "Super" Malcolm Macdonald and even "Wor" Jackie Milburn both of which will go down in Newcastle United History.

Even you Manchester United fans have Jackie Milburn to thank... after all he taught Bobby and Jackie Charlton everything they knew, like the good uncle he was to them.

I am sorry but some people dont deserve the term legend as it is throw about way to much these days... but people like Pele and Maradonna deserve it, People like Ali (boxing) and even Brain Lara (cricket).

Now if anyone wants to argue I will stand up for my choices haha :001_tt2:

20LEGEND
04-24-2007, 12:15 PM
